Session Payments will remain in credit for 180 days or until your session takes place, whichever is sooner. Refunds for sessions will not be allowed after your confirmed appointment has been scheduled. If you express dissatisfaction with your session within 24 hours of your completed session, we will make a reasonable attempt to remedy your concerns.
Rescheduling is only permitted if you notify Leadership Connection by email at booking@leadershipconnection.net at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. While we attempt to fit rescheduled sessions into the next available appointment slot, the next available date will be subject to availability.
If you miss a scheduled appointment, without 12 hour prior notification it is considered abandoned. If you abandon your session for any reason, you forfeit both your payment and your time slot with no option to reschedule or receive a refund.
If you are late for your appointment time for any reason, the time length of your session will be subtracted from the allotted 1 hour session window. For example, if you are 15 minutes late for your session, you will only receive 45 minutes of session time. There are no refunds for missed session time.
