Why should I learn about leadership?

The study of leadership is truly the study of human effectiveness. Leaders who create meaningful and lasting change are clear about what they bring to the process and how to effectively engage others to work with them to make their vision a reality.

Aren’t some people naturally better leaders and other really in need of learning more?

Everyone has a set of talents and combined with their passion creates a unique skill set that is needed and necessary. Particularly, in Western cultures, we have been socialized to view certain skills as “leadership.” As we see each day in the challenges faced by the communities, organizations and societies in which we live, without a full and complete set of skills brought to the table by various people, we will never be able to address the chronic issues facing us. Everyone can benefit by learning how to better use their skills within the groups and team with which they are involved.

Leadership Connection requires no long-term commitment, we want clients who are interested in improving their leadership impact and for those who are no longer able or willing to maintain the commitment they are cease working with us at any time.

How will I know when I have achieved “success?”

We begin our work with clients by identifying clear goals and objectives. As those goals are met, clients often return for periodic “maintenance” of their leadership focus or more regularly as new opportunities arise.
