Leadership Connection was founded in 1995, by Kathleen Schafer and her vision to serve individuals, groups and organizations in fully realizing their leadership potential. Everyone aspires to master the art of change—what we too few of us understand is that change one wishes to see in the world begins with the individual and radiates out. Only by unleashing our individual talents and strengths are we able effectively work with others to create the lasting and vital change in our lives that we all desire.
During the past 20 years, Kathleen has developed an effective and innovative approach to leadership that leads to real-world results while creating fulfilling lives for the leaders who subscribe to this approach. Leadership Connection’s strategy is built on simple concepts designed to reveal the truths hidden inside each person. Our goal is to strip away the false beliefs that are keeping people for reaching their potential and to do so in a way where they quickly become self-sufficient and do not become “consultant dependent.”
